故事大概是这样的：

在一片茂密的森林旁，住着伐木工一家。在这个月黑风高的夜晚，爸爸妈妈正在厨房做晚餐，男孩赛尔和女孩苏海正坐在壁炉前看着万圣节的故事书：从前森林里住着一位巫师，他会很多很多的魔法，他只要挥一挥手中的魔杖，再平凡的事情也变得神奇起来...... “如果我有了这个魔杖，是不是就可以变出好多好多我想要的糖果呢”，女孩苏海眨着一双大眼睛问哥哥，哥哥道：“那当然啦！我带你去找魔杖吧！”说着两个孩子相视一笑，偷偷溜出了家门.......
